Black Seeds come from the beautiful Nigella Sativa plant featured in our logo. 

For centuries, the seeds have been used in traditional medicine to help prevent and relieve the symptoms of a number of ailments and diseases.  In Islamic tradition, we also believe there is great shifa (cure) in consuming these seeds. 

At Sunnah Seeds we have a simple aim, to make Black Seeds as easy to consume as possible so we can incorporate this sunnah (Prophetic tradition) into our busy lives. In tea form, the bitter taste in softened helping you to reap the benefits of black seed, without compromising on taste.
